3 Account Management

7jll reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to retain any balance as evidence pending investigation. Nothing in this clause shall limit 7jll's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your 7jll account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is formally closed. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7jll may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargebacks or payment disputes from payment processors.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
